1. Service Overview: Mr. Iron Wala provides professional steam ironing services with doorstep pickup and delivery within a 5 km radius of the store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms.
2. Service Area: ● Services are available only within a 5 km radius from our store location. ● Orders outside this area may be accepted based on availability and may include extra charges.
3. Pickup & Delivery: ● Pickup and delivery are scheduled based on available time slots. ● Customers must ensure availability at the selected time. ● If pickup/delivery fails due to customer unavailability, rescheduling may be required.
4. Turnaround Time: ● Standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours from the time of pickup. ● Delivery timelines may vary due to workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Pricing & Payments: ● Charges are calculated on a per-piece basis. ● Payment is to be made at the time of delivery. ● Accepted payment methods: ○ Cash / UPI / Online payment.
6. Order Cancellation: ● Free cancellation is allowed before 30 minutes of booked slot. ● Cancellation after 30 minutes may incur a ₹30 cancellation charge. ● No cancellation is allowed once the clothes are picked up.
7. Garment Handling: ● We take utmost care while handling garments. Customers must inform us in advance about delicate fabrics or pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for damage due to weak or worn-out fabric, existing tears, or defects.
8. Premium / Delicate Garments: ● Premium garments (silk, designer wear) are handled separately. Such items are processed at the customer’s risk.
9. Damage Policy (Limited Liability): ● In case of damage caused due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 3 times the ironing charge of that garment. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Loss of Garments: ● In rare cases of loss, compensation will be provided with limited liability based on service value.
11. Stains & Cleaning: ● We provide ironing services only. We do not offer stain removal or washing. We are not responsible for existing stains or marks on garments.
12. Unclaimed Clothes: ● Clothes must be accepted at the time of delivery. Re-delivery or holding may incur additional charges if customer is unavailable.
13. Limitation of Liability: ● Our responsibility is strictly limited to ironing services. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or operational issues.
